Common Registration Problems
Email confirmation not arriving: Check spam. If nothing appears after 10 minutes, use the resend option on the confirmation page. Make sure the address you entered has no typos.
Phone number already registered: Each number can only be linked to one account. If you have a previous account in the SkillOnNet network (Playmillion, Lucky Louis, Spingenie, Luna), that phone number may already be on file.
Age verification failed: The automated check uses UK electoral and credit data. If it cannot confirm your age, upload a passport or driving licence to 'My Documents' - manual review takes up to 24 hours.
Promotional code not applied: Codes must be entered before the deposit is used. If the welcome bonus has already been triggered, the code can no longer be added retroactively. Contact live chat immediately if you believe a code was missed.
Deposit not qualifying for bonus: The minimum qualifying deposit is £10 in a single transaction. Splitting payments (for example, two x £5 deposits) does not count as a qualifying first deposit.
